1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Purely Labels, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Purely Labels provides an online tool for creating professional nutrition and supplement fact labels. Our service allows you to design, customize, and export labels in PDF and PNG formats. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with different export limits.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account using your email address. We use OTP (one-time password) authentication for security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Purely Labels only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the service to create labels for illegal or harmful products
• Violate FDA guidelines or other regulatory requirements for nutrition labeling
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with our service
• Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the label designs and content you create using our service. By using Purely Labels, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

6. Billing and Payment

Our service offers subscription plans: Free (0 exports/month), Basic ($19.99/month, 5 exports), Standard ($49.99/month, 20 exports), and Pro ($199.99/month, unlimited exports). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees once the service period has begun. If you experience technical issues preventing use of the service, please contact us to resolve the matter.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Purely Labels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The accuracy and compliance of your labels with regulatory standards is your responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Purely Labels or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Purely Labels harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
